Worked in partnership with Oakland to develop the country’s first Social Equity Program
Ran the first paid cannabis Workforce Development Program in the nation- made possible by Oakland's Social Equity funding and community support. Each participant in the program has been affected by the War on Drugs in their community.
SAN FRANCISCO
Worked in partnership with San Francisco to establish a social equity program
Worked in coalition with Hood Incubator, Beyond Equity, and OCEP to reduce taxes for small cannabis businesses and social equity businesses
